Supporting trainees to observe their thoughts, emotions, and body sensations without judgment, and also to connect to the center of the light embedded in their hearts.
Objectives
Trainees gain more understanding of the different dimensions of their beings, discover their innate potentials and activate them in ways that would help them transform life challenges into chances for personal growth and expansion.

Learning Outcome
- Gaining consciousness of the inner witness and allow it to be present all the time
- Connecting to the Source of peace and safety within through meditation
- Learning how to focus on the present moment without judging oneself or others; being fully present in all what one does
- Recognizing one’s personality type with all its strengths and weaknesses and making good use of them in observing daily behavior. In parallel, deepening consciousness of being a human is more than being a personality type
- Exploring the power of our thoughts and destructive beliefs and learning how to transform them into constructive ones; it might seem so difficult at the beginning but gradually it turns out to be our spontaneous attitude
- Developing an attitude of self-confidence and healthy self-esteem as crucial components of psychological wholeness
- Being trained of how to practice healing the pains of the past and handling painful memories with self- compassion and forgiveness
