Vision
Caregivers, in any institution, are qualified to be a source of safety, trust, and love to children and/or teens. They are conscious of the noble and respectable role they play in the life of youngsters and see in it a source of their own fulfillment.
Mission
Caregivers attain the capability of creating a safe, free, and disciplined environment by gaining some valid tools to build a healthy relationship with children and teens.
Objectives
Caregivers gain the consciousness that when a person connects to their higher potentials, he or she can be a caregiver in the full meaning of the word; it is not necessary to be a physical mother or father to be able to give unconditional love to whomever needs it.

Learning Outcome
- Caregivers are capable of practicing self-observation where they recognize and face the challenges of their job and handle them in ways that reflect in their own personal growth as well as the wellness of the children
- They can go beyond impulsive reactions by attaining tools of calming the mind and mastering healthy self-control
- They become keen to connecting to their higher potentials and gain psychological balance and wholeness where from they are directed by love and compassion in their relationship with the children
- They attain the skills of deep listening, understanding, validating, discussing, giving choices and asking reflective questions
- They become well informed of the needs of children in different growing stages, and how to fulfill them
