Self Development Trainer at (“ Kun Nafsak”)

 My name is Manal Helal I am a trainer at Kun Nafsk program. I graduated as an Architect from Cairo University in 1989. I worked as an interior designer until 1994 where I decided to make an educational diploma and change my career to be a teacher, which was more suitable for my two boys and my family.
In 2000, I returned to practice engineering to be a founding partner and designer in a company for manufacturing furniture and wooden products.
In 2010, I encountered an altering event in my life as I was introduced to energy healing, and I was highly attracted to its core concept. I began an exciting journey that I have passionately enjoyed up to this moment, through academic exploration and study of this field, healing practice and lecturing through the diverse programs of Energy Healing, Studying areas like Pranic healing, Quantum touch and Biogeomerty and Reconnective healing in some depths motivated me to start practicing Energy healing beside my work in 2011. I also had an opportunity to attend many courses in self-development and life coaching.
When I first met Sayeda Aisha and the Kun Nafsak program in 2012, I never expected that it would cause this tremendous shift in my life that happened since then. I studied the three levels of the Kun Nafsak program and after every session a different part of my being was liberated in a different way. Through my encounters with the program, its different levels, and the human beings behind the program, I felt as if I was being reintroduced to me, a new person that I forgot about her presence for decades.
Realizing how much this experience was a blessing, I decided that I want to share this enlightening experience with others. I want to share what this program fundamentally teaches, the intrinsic life lesson of how to ‘live’ a life, and not just letting it pass. I wanted to be a part of Sayeda Aisha and Dr. Alia (President of Human foundation) dream to awaken the Egyptian people and help them to return to their real and authentic nature, as it is the only way to regain the glory of our country. Hamdlelah I am one of a group of trainers working with love and passion to help anyone who wants to find his true innate pure and powerful self using Kun Nafsak program.
